By checking the box - I have read and agree, I confirm that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy of JSC “Greenway Georgia” (hereinafter – “the Center”) – (Privacy Policy), have received information regarding my rights and processing operations, and agree that the Center may process my personal data provided in this application, as well as data related to the review of this application and the provision of periodic technical inspection services, in accordance with the aforementioned policy. Namely, the following data: directly identifying data (first name, last name, personal number, citizenship, date of birth, other information contained on the copy of the identity document), contact details, vehicle registration plate number, vehicle type, information regarding vehicle ownership, and other information necessary for the provision of the service. Processing includes: collection, procurement, recording, verification, storage, disclosure, use, deletion/destruction of date, and all other actions necessary for lawful processing purposes. The purposes of data processing are: to review your application (booking request for services, application for receiving services, request for information, etc.), to provide you with high-quality service, to ensure the efficient performance of the Center’s main activities, and to fulfill obligations prescribed by legislation.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without any negative consequences. Please note, however, that upon withdrawal, data processing will cease, and consequently, the provision of services to you will be discontinued, unless there is another independent legal basis for processing.
