Data is processed for the duration of the recruitment process for the vacant position (until the completion of the competition) and is subsequently destroyed, except in cases provided for by law. Information may also be processed for the purpose of determining a candidate’s suitability for future vacancies for a period of 3 (three) years from the date the data is received.

All your rights guaranteed by the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” are protected. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have provided at any time, without any negative consequences. At the same time, upon withdrawal of consent, the processing of data and the review of your application will cease; consequently, you will be withdrawn from the selection competition for the current vacancy (if you only withdraw consent for the future processing of your data for other vacancies, you will continue to participate in the current competition as usual).
